Understanding my Autism Group The ‘Understanding my autism’ group is available to sign up to on Fife Access Therapies. This allows young people of high school age to attend online sessions. The group outlines current diagnostic criteria and the differences in processing that young people with Autism may want to explore. Topics include understanding Autism and anxiety, sensory differences, managing change and autistic burnout.

The ‘Understanding my Autism’ series is also available in online pre-recorded sessions and can be accessed here.  An Understanding my Autism workbook can also be used alongside the videos to support further understanding.
