My  name is: Donna Green: EY Pedagogue: Froebel in Falkirk Lead

Dear Froebel Family, Friends and Colleagues,
I am an Early Years Pedagogue where I have a role as an Equity and Excellent Lead. I am extremely passionate about Early Years. Part of my remit is to Lead Froebel in Falkirk. I see so much positive impacts the Froebelian approaches are having in our Falkirk settings for our children.
I completed the Froebel in Childhood Practice certificate course in 2018 and I am graduated from studying MSc Early Childhood and Froebel through the University of Edinburgh in 2021. My dissertation explored Slow Pedagogy through the Froebelian Lens.
I can honestly say that I feel this has been the best and most meaningful training I have ever completed in the whole 30 + years I have been an Early Years Practitioner.
I believe the Froebelian Principles are pertinent in our 21^stcentury and ensure we have Unity through a shared vision which underpins and makes a positive differences for our children and families.
