This is a refresher course for those whose Elementary Food Hygiene certificate is over or is reaching 5 years old.
The course aims to:
- provide staff with the necessary knowledge required to deliver practical food and health experiences in a safe and hygienic manner.
- provide participants with a high level of knowledge to plan, implement, risk assess, store and oversee safe and hygienic food purchase and provision for classroom, enterprising, whole school and after school activities.
