These short courses are only for Senior Early Years Officers
- Develop an awareness of some key theories and concepts in leadership.
- Demonstrate leadership of improvement and change.
- Demonstrate systematic and robust self-evaluation
The course is delivered over 4 sessions. Participants must attend all sessions.
There will be practical tasks set each week focussing on the taught content.
