On Wednesday 1st February Primary 5N received their fish eggs!  Joanna came and spoke to our class about the eggs and told us about brown trout and their life cycle.  She told us how we should look after them and nurture them.  There are 250 eggs that went into our tank and they were orange in colour.  We could see black spots on the eggs which is the fish eyes!  We will need to check our fish on a daily basis and make sure that the temperature is between 5 – 10 degrees. 

We can’t wait to see our fish hatch and grow!
