New Free Training Courses
The Scottish Advisory Panel for Outdoor Education (SAPOE) have developed two on-line training courses to support practitioners with Outdoor Learning. This was made possible with funding provided by Scottish Government.
The first Teaching Learning Outdoors is aimed at teachers and can be accessed on Education Scotland’s Professional Learning and Leadership platform using a Glow log-in.
The second course Supporting Learning Outdoors, which went live on 21st October, is targeted at non-teaching staff and would be suitable for classroom assistants, parent volunteers and any third sector organisations working in partnership to support outdoor learning in our schools.
