As part of the Glasgow Science festival, our local Primary schools at Busby, Carolside and Netherlee take part in a set of challenges using the popular construction toy K’Nex. This event is usually for P6 pupils.
After participating in whole-class challenges, the best pairs from each class are sent up to Williamwood where they partake in another competitive challenge. The most recent challenge saw the groups design and build bridges that had to hold a particular weight of cargo, whilst spanning a gap.
