Role Responsibilities: HR Coverage Provide administration support to the HR Coverage officers including typing, documenting meetings, scanning to employee files. Support the employee on boarding and exit process Support the sickness absence process Complete employee file audits Complete updates to employee records Diversity Support the Talent Manager with the organisation of events including enrolment and evaluation Support the production of presentation and data packs Provide administrative support to employee networks General Administration General diary management Room bookings Support team events and projects e.g. Diversity Month   Applicants should have a minimum of 2 Higher Grades, including English.   Please ask your Pastoral Support Teacher for more information on how to apply
