NHS Virtual Work Experience Programme

The NHS Virtual Allied Healthcare Work Experience presents a remarkable opportunity for aspiring healthcare professionals. It’s not every day that students get the chance to hear from our incredible guest speaker, Shelley Blane, a seasoned radiographer with over 27 years of experience.
Shelley will provide invaluable insights to help these future professionals embark on their dream healthcare careers. Additionally, students will gain an up-close and personal look at the healthcare industry, including diverse roles and a deep dive into patient care, following the journeys of two patients through treatment.
To assist you, here is a flyer for you to distribute to your students. All they need to do is scan the QR code to register: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/1onim9cyr1yp8v2q5duzw/AHP-5th-Nov.png?rlkey=9q808mp82uwp4ot7ghzetce2s&dl=0

Once registered, students will receive access to their virtual work experience portals. Better yet, every complete session comes with a Work Experience Certificate, and for those who complete the full 6-month program, there’s a Highly Commended Reference – a golden ticket for their apprenticeship and UCAS applications.
Students can register individually at any time throughout the 6-month programme using the link below. We recommend booking early to gain as much out of this programme as possible. Places are £10 a session to cover administrative and technological costs.
