Finance / Administrative Assistant (Entry Level)

- Monday-Friday 8.30am-4.30pm

Based in Busby, to the south of Glasgow, Riverside Music College is a leading further education centre specialising in music industry learning.
Our support staff play a critical part in delivering excellent service to our students and commercial clients and help to ensure the smooth running of our day to day operations.

- Good general computer literacy, experience of MS Office

Your duties will include;
- General bookkeeping and data entry
- Invoicing
- Credit control
- Processing payments/sales
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Updating and maintaining our booking system
- Filing
- General administrative duties
This is an entry level position within the company and full training will be provided.
