City of Glasgow College – Open Days
City of Glasgow College are hosting two open days in November.
One will be taking place on 26th November in their City Campus and will give you a great insight into what it is really like to study here and an overview of the courses on offer.
The second open day will be taking place on Tuesday 22nd November at the Riverside Campus and will focus on the Merchant Navy and give an insight into what it is like to have a career at sea. Full details below

Merchant Navy Open Day
Riverside Campus, G5 9XB, Tuesday 22nd November (3pm-7pm)
Considering a career in the Merchant Navy? Join us at our Merchant Navy Open Day and discover what it’s like to have a career at sea.
You’ll get to meet a variety of nautical career recruitment and training representatives from shipping companies at the event who will discuss and offer cadetships opportunities.
You’ll also get to tour our state-of-the-art Riverside campus and visit our 360-degree ship simulation suite, engineering workshop, automated assembly line and meet Marty the robot.
Staff and students will be available to chat about our wide variety of courses and careers in:
· Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
· Mechatronics.
· Nautical (Deck, ETO and Engineering Cadetships).
