Modern Apprentice, HR Administration Assistant with Morgans Stanley (Training)

Role Responsibilities:

HR Coverage

  • Provide administration support to the HR Coverage officers including typing, documenting meetings, scanning to employee files.
  • Support the employee on boarding and exit process
  • Support the sickness absence process
  • Complete employee file audits
  • Complete updates to employee records

Diversity

  • Support the Talent Manager with the organisation of events including enrolment and evaluation
  • Support the production of presentation and data packs
  • Provide administrative support to employee networks
General Administration

  • General diary management
  • Room bookings
  • Support team events and projects e.g. Diversity Month

 

Applicants should have a minimum of 2 Higher Grades, including English.
