Role Responsibilities:
HR Coverage
- Provide administration support to the HR Coverage officers including typing, documenting meetings, scanning to employee files.
- Support the employee on boarding and exit process
- Support the sickness absence process
- Complete employee file audits
- Complete updates to employee records
Diversity
- Support the Talent Manager with the organisation of events including enrolment and evaluation
- Support the production of presentation and data packs
- Provide administrative support to employee networks
