P7a’s Christmas Enterprise Project

P7a have been very busy little elves in the lead up to our school’s Christmas Fayre. They participated in the Virgin Money, ‘Make £5 Grow’ project and have worked collaboratively in teams to design and create an array of festive products. The children worked in teams to design, create and sell products/ ideas at the fayre. In their groups they independently sourced and bought resources and decided on an overall product price in order to make a profit. The children then displayed their products on stalls, in an eye catching manner to appeal to customers. They have worked extremely hard and their efforts were rewarded when we made a grand class total of £467.55 and an overall profit of £1366.74! Mrs Bilsland and I are very proud of them all and their wonderful achievements. Well done P7a!

We wish you all a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!!!
