The Penumbra charity has launched the Self-Harm Network Scotland – a helpful site for anyone struggling with their own self-harm or supporting someone else. Get help, find out more information, and access helpful resources.

R;PPLE – R;pple is an innovative online interceptive tool designed to ensure more help and support is provided to individuals in distress. By installing R;pple on your device, anyone searching terms related to self-harm or suicide will be connected to helpful and free 24/7 sources of support.

Alumina – Free, online 7 week course for young people aged 10-17 struggling with self-harm. Each course has up to 14 young people across the UK.

Heads Above the Waves – Everything in one place including things to try, straight up advice, ‘You’re not alone’ blog and helplines

 

Battle Scars Website – Small, dedicated, 100% survivor-led and run charity offering local, regional, national as well as international support around self-harm.  Easy-to-access peer support groups, families and friends support, worldwide, all-ages Facebook group offers around-the-clock peer support for anybody needing help.
