We we were very busy in P1.1 yesterday. Here are some pictures of us working hard. We even had a big ‘y’ car track on the floor but Mrs McDonagh was having too much fun to take a picture of this!

 

This week we have the healthy snack challenge!!! Can we do it P1.1? The class that brings the most healthy snacks in will win a cooking lesson in our fantastic school kitchen 🤩🤩🤩

 

We won the lining up trophy again last week. As you can see from our photos we were so excited to win again. Well done P1.1, you are doing fantastic 😍

P1.1 have been learning about measurement. We ordered ourselves from tallest to smallest. We also have been weighing items around the class to see how many cubes it takes to make the scales equal.

What a fantastic day we’ve had at Mearns Primary. As you can see all the children in P1.1 made a super effort and I think you’ll agree they looked fantastic! Here’s a few photos we took this morning before all the fun began.

Well done to P1.1 who have won the trophy for a second week running! Excellent lining up at break and lunch time!!
