Balloon Lauch to Space
Yesterday, the whole school learned about P7’s balloon launch to space. P2.5 were very excited about this! We went to the pitch to see the balloon and it even took our picture! Today, we watched the live launch which can be found on Youtube. We can’t wait to find out how the balloon gets on and if it reaches Space!

P2/3 Mearns Masters – Social Enterprise and Community
Today, my Mearns Masters group hosted a tea party for some elderly people in our local area. It was a huge success! 😁
Jenga sounds
We have been playing jenga, but with a twist. Each block has a word that must be read out loud when pulled out. We then wrote sentences with some of the words.
Weather stories 🌧
Last week, some of us chose to write weather stories as it was so rainy and windy 🌧 💨
Weight
Megan, Carlo, Harvey, Ayaan, Fahd, Ghufran and Melissa were predicting the weight of different objects against cubes yesterday. We guessed first then checked. Ayaan weighed his shoe and it was the same as 97 cubes!
