The Child’s plan (education), sometimes referred to by practitioners as the ‘Wellbeing Plan’, is suitable for Stages 1 and 2 within the GIRFEC (education) framework.

The Child’s plan (education) has been created in line with the Child’s Plan (Scotland) Order 2016 and should therefore not be changed. Staff completing the Child’s Plan should familiarise themselves with and pay due regard to the information that should be contained within the Child’s Plan.
