Primary 3b has enjoyed performing to family and friends this morning. We are looking forward to our next show tonight!!

Primary 3b enjoying the science fair where primary 4-7 shared their learning. We were looking at the organs inside the body, watching the chemical reaction when you add a mento to some diet coke, looking at electricity and taking part in studies to test whether aging changes the body.

Today, we had a long journey to the Rainforest! we wrote postcards to tell all of our friends and family about our adventures out there. Most of us found the climate too hot.
On our travels we picked up some smashing star writers along the way….well done!
Primary 3b were hunting for bugs in the eco-garden today with Katy, a visitor from Rouken Glen park. We found all sorts of bugs including beetles, spiders, snails, slugs, tiny worms and a centipede. We learned about the importance and impact that bugs have on our food chain and the ecosystem.
We have been making O-wing gliders using different lengths of paper to investigate and determine which glider will glide the furthest in distance.Â

We are learning how to read, write and say days of the week in French.
Primary 3b were celebrating World Book Day. They loved listening, discussing and acting out an alternative ending to Little Red Riding Hood.

We designed Chinese masks using wax crayons and fine liner pens. Our dragons had to be colourful and scary.
