Thanks to Harry for bringing in some really interesting Titanic resources, including replicas of newspapers that reported on the sinking. We all enjoyed seeing how news was reported about 100 years ago. The newspapers also showed us that reporters can get it wrong sometimes. Some of the reports said that all of Titanic’s passengers had been saved but we know that that didn’t actually happen. We felt very sorry for people who read that their loved ones were all right and then got very sad news later.
