We have been learning about Ancient Egyptian houses. Their houses has flat roofs and were made with mud bricks. They had to build them up high to stop the sand from getting inside. They had ramps to get inside. We were also learning about what they had inside their houses. They didn’t have very much furniture, only few stools and had to sleep on a straw bed on the floor.

We have been learning about symmetry in class. We enjoyed make symmetrical pictures and patterns and looking at symmetry in nature. We also played some symmetry games on the computer.

Every Friday for that last three weeks we have been having great fun playing football. We have been learning how to pass, how to stop the ball with our feet and how to dribble the ball. Then we we get to play some football matches with our friends!
