Hello!

This week in 7C we spent some time fine tuning our mental addition skills through a multitude of means. Making use of different strategies and resources to showcase our understanding!

We also dedicated some class time to investigating certain techniques an author might deploy in order to create suspense and tension within our class story, Cloud Busting.

Furthermore, we found the time to hit the debating chamber as we discussed our opinions on a number of issues connected to our current learning journey: Animals in WW2!

This week in P7C we had lots of different opportunities to dig into our new topic! We explored the variety of ways in which animals were involved in WW2, in particular, the interesting and very unique Project Pigeon!

We also were lucky enough to hear from one of our own brilliant students who talked us through the Hindu festival of Raksha Bandhan which was both incredibly detailed and hugely engaging!
