This week we continued our Disney topic. We learnt about the forces that act upon roller coasters and then created our own KAPLA marble roller coasters. We identified where different forces were acting upon the marble and how they interacted.

Welcome to our first blog. We’ve had a great start to the year and everyone is settling in well. The class chose Disney as a mini topic. We have learnt about the history of the company and how animation technology advanced over the years. I challenged the class to make animations using tracing paper and iPads with a stop motion app. In the photos they were designing characters and backgrounds.
