We have had lots of fun and engaging Christmas themed lessons this week, including Christmas tree measuring, coding, using K’Nex to build Santa’s sleigh, designing Grinch self help leaflets and some class party games.

Over the past 2 week we have been focussing on decimals. To apply our knowledge and skills we were tasked with creating a class pizzeria. We allocated ourselves various roles from chef, waiter, customers and cashiers, where we had to add and subtract decimals, multiply and divide, calculate percentages, all while working collaboratively and developing our problem solving skills.
