Drama

‘Recently in drama, we were making phone calls with a friend. We had to write a script and some people shared these with the class.’ Jessica

‘I created a phone call scene myself about a plumber, we were learning to project our voice.’ Hamiz

Writing

‘In writing this week, we were finishing of our creative stories about a character we created.’ Sophia

‘We also had to describe a setting and character.’ Ben

‘My story was about a griffin who had to save the trees and was reincarnated as a human!’ Bella

‘I finished my story about a £5 that was stolen and her name was Penny.’ Molly

P.E.

‘Today we were practicing our gymnastics skills. We had to present to the judges, travel across the mat, finish with a roll and then present again.’ Lexi

‘We were also learning about balances, such as a bridge and I enjoyed it.’ Evan

‘Other balances we learned were front support, 3point balances and shoulder stands.’ Lauren

 

Maths

‘In Maths, we were learning about length. We were trying to figure out how to convert different units of measurement. For example, mm, cm, m and km.’ Ayyan

‘This week in Health and Wellbeing we were discussing where foods come from and we could either pick abroad or Scotland.’ Cara

Modern Languages

‘Last week was Modern Languages week and we were trying to talk in different languages.’ Hollie

‘My name went on the board because I learned how to say ‘good morning’ and ‘thank you’ in Japanese.’ Nathan

Topic

‘I enjoyed learning more about our Blue Planet topic as I liked learning about different types of fish and overfishing.’ Hashim

‘In Topic we learned about different food webs and how if 1 of the species became extinct, it would result in other types of fish becoming extinct or being overpopulated.’ Ayyan

Music 

‘In Music we were learning how to add and subtract  musical notes with Mrs Hutchison.’ Euan
