This week has been a very busy week of learning. We have been working on the meta skill of collaboration and been involved in different group activities. In maths we have been learning about numbers to 10,000 and used place value blocks to create amazing towers – then worked out their values.

We also read the book ‘The Dot’, and worked in pairs to create our very own piece of art using our own creativity.

Welcome to the P5b class blog. We have had a wonderful and busy start to the new school year. We have been getting to know our class routines, learning how to work effectively in a team, exploring our class areas and taking part in a variety of challenges. For the next few weeks we will be focussing on the meta skills of communicating, collaborating and feeling.
