Spheros

During our final Sphero lesson, we created an obstacle course to guide the Sphero through using coding blocks.

Personal Talks

This week we all done a great job of presenting our personal talks.  We were working on looking at the audience, projecting our voices and being able to answer questions about our topic.

The talks were really good and everyone tried their best and we learnt new things about one another, like different things we like.” Minna

Pregnancy & Birth

This week we learnt about how a baby grows in it’s mummy’s tummy.  We also learnt a little bit about birth and how to look after a baby.  The highlight has been responding to the babies cries and deciding whether the baby needs a bottle, a dummy or a clean nappy.

Commonwealth Games

Last week we were delighted to have Miss Regan in P4c to tell us all about her journey to becoming a Commonwealth Games not once, but twice! We were excited to see all of her memorabilia and here her story.

We got great information from Miss Regan and it was very inspiring!” – Emily

It was really cool to learn about the life of  an athlete and the actual journey to get there.” Minna

 

Spheros

We have now been learning how to programme the Spheros for 3 weeks. We can now programme the Spheros to move in a range of directions, talk, play music and change colour.

The Spheros are fun to use and I enjoyed programming and driving them.‘ – Hamza
