Mathematics

We have been very active this week in maths! We have been learning all about standard units of measure, focussing on metres. We used metre sticks to measure lots of different things (and even people!) in our class. We had to classify these things into 3 categories – longer, shorter or about the same as a metre.

On Friday we had a very special visitor or two!! Miss Fergus brought beautiful baby Harris into meet our class. Everyone was so excited to see them both, and mum and baby are doing very well!
