Children’s Achievements

We are committed to ensuring our learners are successful, confident and contribute to the school and wider community; representing Cross Arthurlie Nursery through our values of ‘Kindness, Respect and Confidence’.  They will develop a wide range of skills, through a broad range of experiences.

We aim for children to set goals and targets for themselves as independent learners, both in nursery and out with nursery, valuing their achievements and building on them as they grow.

We recognise the importance of supporting children and families to reflect on achievements and celebrate them.

At Cross Arthurlie Primary and Nursery Class, there are many ways in which we recognise and celebrate achievement:

  • Twitter
  • Group Blogs
  • Nursery Reports
  • Playroom displays and news
  • Journals

We are keen to learn more about children’s experiences and successes out of school, so that we can celebrate these within Cross Arthurlie Nursery.  All families and children have different experiences out of school and we would love to hear about your children’s achievements; no matter how small they may seem.  If your child feels proud of something they have done then it is worth celebrating!

Complete the form below to let us know about your child’s achievement.  If you have a photograph to accompany it, please send this in your child’s bag or through school mail:  SchoolMail@crossarthurlie.e-renfrew.sch.uk.
