Sales Apprenticeship
If you’re keen to build a rewarding career in Sales, we’ll give you the support you need to make a success of it from day one. Qualifications
Advanced apprenticeship
For the advanced programme you will need to have achieved or are predicted 4 GCSEs at grade C or above including Maths and English Language.
Higher apprenticeship
For the higher programme you will need to have achieved or are predicted 2 A-Levels at grade C or above as well as a minimum of 4 GCSE’s at grade C or above including English Language and Maths.
Degree apprenticeship
For the degree programme you will to achieve (or have achieved) 3 A-Level qualifications with a minimum of BCC grade by September 2017 (or equivalent qualifications).
Equivalent qualifications are accepted.

Customer Service Operations
For most of our ten million customers, our customer care team is the voice of BT. We’re the ones people turn to, online or on the phone. We bring services to life, from superfast broadband, to TV, sport and beyond. Craft Apprenticeship
We are delighted to announce that SP Energy Networks is looking to recruit a further intake of Craft Apprentices.
Lasting for three years, our exciting and rewarding programme combines a blend of academic and technical skills training with work based learning and assessment. Combining learning with earning, apprentices will not only study for a recognised qualification but develop new skills along with gaining invaluable knowledge and experience to launch a career as an electrical fitter, overhead linesperson or cable jointer.

Engineering Foundation Training Programme
Our Engineering Foundation training programme provides a fantastic introduction and a valuable first step into the challenging and rewarding engineering industry.
The programme runs over 6 months and study takes place at local colleges in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Chester where individuals will work towards obtaining nationally recognised qualifications.
Although the programme is not a permanent role, successful candidates will gain an indispensable insight into ScottishPower’s engineering operations and spend practical time with our workforce.
