Our School of Nursing, Midwifery & Paramedic Practice is hosting a Midwifery Virtual Insight Afternoon on Thursday, 20th August between 1pm and 5pm. This event, which is highly commended from the Royal College of Midwives, is ideal for any senior students who are considering a career in Midwifery. Interested students will get the chance to learn more about the role and the essential skills of a midwife.
The event will involve a series of interactive workshops ranging from ‘A day in the life of a Student Midwife/Midwife’, ‘What Midwives do’ through to ‘Midwifery Applications: Top Tips’. There are a total of five workshops.
