Chaplaincy

Welcome to the Chaplaincy pages of St Ninian’s High School. The Chaplaincy works in association with pupils, parents and staff to provide Christian ministry in the faith community of our school. We have one Priest Chaplain and a Chaplaincy Support Group with an enormously important network of support and connections with our local community and parishes which both sustain and enrich ministry in our school faith community.

We hope that in these pages you will find resources, information and advice which will help and support you as part of the Faith Community of St Ninian’s High School.

Father Stephen Ballie – St Joesph’s – School Chaplain

Chaplaincy Support Group

St Ninian’s Chaplaincy Support Group began its support for Chaplaincy Ministry in 2009. There are now some 40 members of staff involved. These teachers voluntarily give of their time to help provide opportunities for prayer and reflection for our young people. They help them, and our school community, to mark the significant moments of the Faith Life of St Ninian’s considering the needs of our community, the Church and the world. As school chaplain I am both indebted and grateful for their support and ministry.
