Interested in Film? Join a Youth Film Group (S6 pupils)
Each Monday from November 20th from 5pm-7pm at Voluntary Action East Renfrewshire, 56 Kelburn Street, Barrhead, G78 1LR
This is a film group for anyone in S6 interested in both the analysis and production of film. We will have weekly meetings which will consist both of watching and analysing films and creating our own.
We have cameras available as well as the use of a room for screening. We welcome people of all backgrounds, whether or not you have previous experience of filmmaking.
The group is free to attend.
The first meeting will involve a short screening and discussion to gage people’s interests and expectations of the group.
Joining a group can be daunting – we know! If you’re thinking of coming along but feeling a bit shy why not drop us an email or a Facebook message and when you come for the first time we’ll meet you at the door, introduce you to the others and make you feel right at home.
We all know that feeling of not knowing anybody and not knowing what to expect!
