Miss Howard’s class have been busy working on creating felting pieces as part of their design unit.  We are looking forward to seeing the  finished felt forms.

A number of S2 pupils joined Janet Forry and her team for a printmaking workshop in Eastwood Gallery last week.  Pupils were able to explore poly tile printing, etching, screen printing and mono print.  We are hopeful that some of the work produced will be used for the 2014 Electric Glen Lighting Festival in Rouken Glen Park to create light projections in he form of gobos.  We’ll keep you posted.

Today’s model making took on a Christmas theme, looking forward to seeing these characters animated!

The third payment of £150 is due on Monday the 2nd of December.  Online payments should be made where possible, alternatively cash or cheques can be handed into Miss McCarley, in the Art Department.

We are loving these 3D sculptures that Ms Kelly’s 3D Design pupils were working on last week, keep up the fantastic work!

Miss Howard’s class have done a great job screen printing their graphic designs onto their t-shirts.  Yesterday they were all finished and ready for their class photo.
