Only 12 sleeps until we leave! All medicines are to be handed in to Mr O’Hagan in the Design and Technology department and spending money to Miss McCarley in the Art & Design department on or before this Friday. Any problems please see Miss McCarley as soon as possible.
S1 pupils have been enjoying the challenge of creating Rapid Response Shelters. Shelter designs had to demonstrate an ability to cope with the elements. Pupils had to work in teams to problem solve and create a successful solution to the design brief, great work S1!
Information Evening – Thursday 15th May, 7pm in the Lecture Theatre. Anyone unable to make it should let Miss McCarley know as soon as possible. We look forward to seeing you on Thursday.
Congratulations to Emily de Lombarde (1a8) who has won the SPT Subway Smart Card Competition. Emily designed a wallet holder for the new smart cards. Her design will not only be seen on the wallet holders but will also be displayed as posters throughout the underground. Fantastic achievement! Well done Emily!
Today saw the first of six peer assessment sessions that will take place throughout all S3 Art & Design classes this week and next. A great opportunity to see all the work that has been produced over the year and this was only half of it! More to follow…. keep up the outstanding w0rk S3! Well done!
