S1 National Poetry Day Competition
Well done to all S1 pupils who took part in this year’s National Poetry Day Competition. The theme this year was “Light” and the standard of the entries was, as always, very high. Congratulations go to Jamie Wheeler for 1st prize, to Jennifer Deanie for second prize and to David Mitchell, who won third prize. Jamie, Jennifer and David have all won book tokens and their winning poems will be professionally printed and displayed in school. Well done!
