In language the Marvellous Meercats were reading a story about Robber Ron and then they had to predict the next part of the story. – Cameron and Emily

In maths Cameron and Emily were continuing to work on their murder mystery. This week they had to read a graph!

In writing Mrs Rattray’s side started chapter two in their ‘My Magical Adventure Stories.’ – Lucy

On Mrs Grubb’s writing side we finally finished our Magic Carpet Adventure! Phew… We wrote five chapters!! We just have to illustrate and create our front covers! – Alex

In drama we were learning about teacher in role and hot seating! We met a snow dragon!!! We are going to help her find her missing egg. Jessica, Ava, Lily and Naomi

In ICT we all completed our ‘All About Me!’ sections in our e-portfolios. – Ava and Riley

In language the Harry Potter’s have been learning how to answer questions on a text that they have read. They had to remember to look back at the text for the answers. – Areeb

In art the Tigers have been learning how to make a drawing bigger by using a grid. We had to make sure we drew the correct image and shape in the correct square. We all found it quite difficult but we all tried very hard! Timothée, Lily, Cameron and Naomi.

In science the Tigers were learning about energy and this week were discussing all the things we had already learned. Lucy.

Today we all went outside to see the solar eclipse! It was a shame that it was a bit cloudy! We used paper to help project an image on another piece of paper. Mrs Grubb used a colander to help project a better image! Some of the P6’s let us also borrow a viewer which let us look directly at the eclipse and it protected our eyes! We were all very careful not to look at the sun as that would damage our eyes! – AidenP3200331 P3200329 P3200328 P3200327
