Second week back in Primary 7 and we’ve been getting on with our learning as usual; however we received a surprise on Tuesday – letters about our leavers’ hoodies – yay!
We were excited to go across to Eastwood High School this week to take part in Science lessons. We learnt about electrical circuits and how to draw scientific diagrams of these using the correct symbols. We also had the opportunity to try using a Van der Graff generator which was a hair-raising experience! Some people got electric shocks from this which left us in a hairy situation.
In PE we have moved on from Gymnastics and have been developing our co-ordination skills through tennis.
It is now only 24 days until the residential trip… not that we’re counting!
