Doosan Babcock Technical Apprenticeship Programme for 2016.

Doosan Babcock will also be holding an Open Evening Thursday 5th May at their Technical & Engineering building which will provide both parents and pupils with a full overview of the Doosan Babcock business, the Technical apprentice programme and lab tours covering metallurgy, NDT (non-destructive testing ) and RVI techniques (remote visual inspection).

Butcher’s Modern Apprenticeship

Working with a traditional butcher who manufactures and retails their own meat products to a local customer base. Full training in all aspects of butchery will be provided. Successful applicants may be offered a two week work trial prior to commencement of employment.

 

Modern Apprenticeship in Business and Administration

Applicants should be aged 16-19 years old and be willing to work towards completing a Modern Apprenticeship in Business and Administration (Level 3).

 

Counter Assistant in Eaglesham 3 days per week.

Duke of Edinburgh – Parents’ Evening

dofeThe Duke of Edinburgh team within Barrhead High are holding a parents’ information evening on Thursday, 10th March at 7pm.

If your son or daughter is currently undertaking the Duke of Edinburgh award – either at Bronze or Silver level – then please come along to find out how the expeditions will be organised this year.

A letter expalining all of the above has been issued to all DofE students.
