Duke of Edinburgh Award (S3 Students)
Mr Boag is looking to start a new Duke of Edinburgh group with S3 students.
Any S3 student wishing to undertake the Bronze Award this year , should pass their name to Mr Boag (Maths Dept) this week.
Once we have enough students to run the group we will organise a virtual presentation evening on Microsoft Teams (students will be able to access this through Glow).

S4 Supported Study (Block 1)
Our S4 Supported Study Timetable has been published today.
Students are able to sign-up for each session by speaking to each of their class teachers.
S5/S6 Pupils – Virtual Work Experience and Virtual Work Insight Opportunities
All senior pupils should check the Career Pathways Opportunities folder on their year group Google Classrooms.
We have posted links to numerous virtual work experience opportunities with a huge range of companies covering career pathways including: accountancy, finance, software development, business and STEM amongst others.
For all pupils leaving school this year and applying for college, university or a Graduate or Modern Apprenticeship, these events are a fantastic way of enhancing your application and CV.

Cyber Discovery – STEM Project
Any S2 – S6 students who are interested in cyber security may want to challenge themselves with Cyber Discovery: CyberStart Assess Tool.
CyberStart Assess is an online tool where students work with cryptic clues to find hidden codes. The tool is designed to make each challenge harder than the last, and depending on how each student achieves they may have the opportunity to progress to the CyberStart Game.
If you are interested in being part of the CyberStart Assess challenge then see Mr Boag (Maths).
Students have until 31st October to register for this challenge.
