Yesterday, we had a special treat as we were invited to have a sports session with Brandon, who works for Active Schools. We developed team work and critical thinking skills through a range of fun, active games!

Look at F’s gorgeous handwriting this morning! 🤩
We have been working hard to learn not 1 but 2 ceilidh dances! We have learned the St Bernard’s Waltz and the Military Two Step. Please look on our Google Classroom at our videos of us dancing. They are too big to post here. 💃🕺🌟
Today we had a full day of festive fun! 🥳🤩
This morning we made our own Christmas cards. Then we watched The Snowman and had Christmas circle time, and then in the afternoon we filmed 2 ceilidh dances that we have been learning, as well as having our party! We played some games, danced and had our party snacks while watching a little Christmas cartoon. We are now doing some Christmas colouring/drawing. 🎅🏻👩🎨🌟✍️
Rhuaridh won a game of musical statues. Caitlin and Asim won the best dancer round and Carrie won a game of corners. We then played a snowball game and Rhuaridh led his team to victory. 🏅
Well done everyone! It was lovely to see you all have so much fun! 💕
Today we had fun wrapping presents (we are really good at it!) and also watching the Jack and the Beanstalk pantomime. Oh yes we did!
Last week some of us created snowflakes with K-Nex.🎁 ❄️ 🎭
The boys have got a busy afternoon ahead of them sorting and delivering all the mail! ✉️ 📦 📮
Look at M’s fabulous artwork he made! I think it is beautiful. ⛄️ 😍
The 2 boys and Charlotte made 2 really long snowflake chains. They were as long as our classroom! ❄️
We were revising some maths vocabulary today by doing Kung fu maths! We love showing the maths signs/symbols using karate chops. We then answered questions with the maths vocabulary after, e.g what is 3 and 5 altogether, what is 12 minus 4.
Look at some of the Santa sleighs that we have been making using Lego and K-Nex!
