We are very excited to announce that we have received two brand new machines for our workshop! The new shredder and sheet press will allow us to recycle much of our school plastic waste in house, and turn it into something useful!

We are collecting products made from HDPE which we hope to recycle into brand new products. Look out for the recycling triangle with the number 2 inside to help you identify the right type of plastic.
We have launched our annual Easter Egg Appeal! We are once again collecting small Easter eggs (approx £1) to donate to the children of Chesters Nursery in Drumchapel.
If you would like to donate an egg, you can hand it in to Miss Murray in the Technical Base.
The Enterprise Group have collaborated with the Geography department to bring you our new Climate Change Tote Bags!
Our bags are available by order only for the price of £3! Look out for us in the canteen area on Thursday 13th and Friday 14th February where you can order yours!

This year we are excited to be running an Enterprise Group for S5/6 pupils! Our plan is to make and sell gift items throughout the year to raise money for the school and for charity.
There are a variety of roles within the group such as product design, manufacturing, sales, finance, event management, social media and marketing.
With all these types of job on offer there’s no need to be good at ‘making stuff’. You’re bound to be something to suit your talents or skill set!

Are you creative? Do you have a flair for design? This could be the competition for you! We are looking for some talented pupils to design a new keyring for Mother’s Day. The winning entry will be made into a real keyring and will be sold along with our existing designs!
Entries can be manually OR electronically drawn and should be original in their design. The finished keyring will be laser cut from wood – examples of our existing designs are below.
There are two ways to enter:
Closing date for the competition is Thursday 21st March. Winner will be announced on Friday 22nd March.
