Forms

You will receive some forms to complete and return to the centre, please refer to the checklist below for your own reference.

Checklist of forms to return:

Enrolment form – (paper copy given at open day/on first day)
Security Code – (paper copy given at open day/on first day)
Home to Nursery Transition (All About Me) – (paper copy given at open day/on first day)
Photo permission form (link emailed – online link – click here)

We will use this as one of our main methods of communication to send out reminders and update our digital calendar
Please download the Safer Schools Scotland App and turn on push notifications to receive updates from the centre
We will provide a parental information session on how to download and navigate this app as part of your induction to the centre
If you have any issues please ask a member of staff to assist.

Learning Journals: You will receive log in information for your child’s individual Learning Journal where you will be able to view and comment on the learning and play experiences they have participated in during their time at the centre. You will also be able to posts from home if you wish to share this with us.
