Applications are opening on Monday (3 February) for parents of children aged 3 who will start their early learning and childcare place in April and for the August and January intake of 3 and 4 year olds who missed the previous deadlines, they will remain open until 14 February.
£50 is available per child age 3 and 4 years whose circumstances meet the criteria for footwear and clothing grants.
