Slàinte ‘s Sunnd –  Bidh daoine den bheachd gu bheil cuir dath an cuideachadh gus fois a ghabhal. Cruthaich duilleag dathte mothachail de do roghainn fhèin. Faodaidh seo a bhith na dhealbh, facal no abairt. Na cuir dath air oir nì mi leth-bhreac dhiubh airson daoine eile a chur dath. Tha eiseimpleirean ann son do chuideachadh.

HWB     –   People find colouring in to be relaxing. Create a mindfulness colouring sheet of your own choice. This can be a picture, a word or a phrase. Don’t colour it in as I will copy them for others to colour. Examples are attached to help you.
