We had a busy week in P6/7 from maths and literacy through to science and ICT.

This week we were working hard on our summarising skills through our novel, Wonder. We’ve also been finishing off our work on multiplication by 10,100 and 1000 and making links to multiply by other multiples of 10.

In science we learned about fossils, the different types and how they are formed. We then made our own trace fossils using dinosaur figures. We were fascinated when we used the magnifying glasses to see the finer details.

In ICT, and applying our meta skills, we are become experts on Teams. We can access assignments, edit documents and submit them for marking. We will continue to build on this as the year progresses.

In PE we have been working hard to develop our skipping skills.

We have had another busy week in P6/7.  This week we chose Kacey for our Catrine compliments.

Esther was chosen as a Responsible Citizen for the Excellent Work Wall.

Braxton’s writing was chosen for the Excellent Work wall this week. Look at his amazing use of descriptive language.

We chose Ashton’s marvelous rounding work for the Excellent Work Wall as he gave accurate and well thought out answers to the questions.
