Weekly Update

This week we have been practising skipping for PE and making sure our ropes were the right size for us.

In science we were learning reversible and irreversible changes, we were looking at how eggs change when they have are heated up. In numeracy we were revising addition with carrying.

The captain interviews also took place and we can’t wait to find out who our new captains will be.

Welcome back

It’s been a busy start to P6!
We have started our new book study ‘Holes’ and have been revising our different reading strategies. We have created our class charter and discussed the things that are important to us, both individually and the others within our class.

We have been doing a lot of work on our school value – ‘Achieving’, and talked about what this looks like at Catrine Primary. We also discussed the importance of respect and created our own poems about what respect means to us.
