PE shoes

Hello all,

Just a wee reminder that all children should bring indoor shoes on Monday and Wednesday for PE. We are doing gymnastics and the outdoor shoes can damage the mats and any moisture from outside can cause pupils to slip and hurt themselves!

Any pupils that don’t bring shoes for PE will not be allowed to take part.

Thank you!

Burns Poems and Song

Hello all,

As we approach Burns week, the pupils have been sent home with their poems and lyrics to the song ‘O Flower of Scotland’.

If they could practise this at home as part of their homework, that would be great!

The pupils are to learn 2, 3 or 4 verses to perform in front of the  class or myself (whatever makes them most comfortable).

Linked below are the 2 poems for each stage in case they lose their sheets!

P5-     Street Talk by JK Annard

P6-      Willy Wastle By Robert Burns

Below is the link to our song: 0:00- 3:04

Thank you!
