We’re had a busy week in Primary 1.
In numeracy we have been learning o’clock times on an analogue clock.

We have also taken part in all sorts of fun estimation activities including a hoops and beanbag game and estimating the length of ourselves using string. We are able to make close estimations and then count to check how close we were.

 

In literacy we’ve been continuing to consolidate our initial sounds. This week we focused on b and d confusion and the formation of p, j, g, f and l.

We had lots of fun this week too. Discovery Dens, finger painting, gymnastics, cardboard boxes and disco dancing!
