This week we have been learning the ‘ck’ digraph.  We built rockets, made hospitals to look after sick people, investigated keys and locks and practised our formation.

We have been looking at symmetry this week.  We worked together to make symmetrical patterns using the peg boards.  We also made symmetrical butterflies using the playdough and art materials.  We played a fun symmetry game online.  Click on the link below to play at home…

We also continued our Nurture Nature Challenge with the P6s.  We planted more sunflowers and created a lovely watercolour wildflower garden display.
