In numeracy, we have continued investigating counting by 10s and even started looking at the 10 times table…

We had great fun at our Party in the Park! We worked so hard to reach 5000 dojo points! The sun was shining and the ice lollies were delicious!

It was also Walk to School week. It was great to see so many children taking part. We loved the odd socks and crazy hair!!

I want to start by saying a big thank you for taking the time to help everyone prepare for their Big Talks this week. They were absolutely fantastic! We love listening to all the animal facts and the children were so confident when presenting to the class. Well done!

In numeracy, we have been learning about number patterns. We have looked at counting in 2s. We even started looking at the 2 times table and how it was made. We’ve also practised addition calculations using spinners.

We’ve had lots of fun outside this week, enjoying the lovely weather. We had two transitions visits from the ECC and we enjoyed showing them all the activities we enjoy outdoors.

We also started our new topic, Living Things. We joined the P6s to learn about bees and hedgehogs. We will continue this next week 🐝🦔
